IAC is committed to maintaining a professional working and learning environment for its women employees, students and guests. The Women’s Cell, at IAC, is constituted to help maintain a harmonious atmosphere at the college, to enable women to pursue their work with dignity and reassurance and to investigate and recommend actions on all acts of harassment against any woman faculty, staff or student. The Cell has been working to raise awareness on gender equality issues.
