Grievance Redressal Cell
Indo-American College has constituted Grievance Redressal Committee with a view to address and redress the grievances of students and staff, if any. A Structured Feedback System has been enabled online in the College Website to know the feedback of all the stake holders – Students, Parents, Alumni and Staff. In addition to that, the grievances of the students may be communicated to Tutors-in Charge, the HoDs, and through them (or without them) in person by word of mouth or in writing to the Principal, or post one in the Complaint & Suggestion Box or communicated over mail ( email@example.com.). The College wants to assure and offer a comfortable learning and working environment and the lack of which it believes will be a discredit to all.
